Thoresby Hall

Spa Experience
The Spa Experience, which is included in the price of your break, is based on the ancient ritual of bathing where the body is heated and then cooled by a series of heat and cooling experiences.
Heat Experiences
The heat experiences on offer have their roots in cleansing and beautifying the body. They originate from cultures dating back thousands of years.
The Cooling Experiences
It is important to cool down after using one of the heat experiences and the ones provided are ideal for this.

Contra-indications
The Spa Experience itself is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have mobility or heart problems. Some individual therapies and treatments are not suitable for people with certain conditions, therefore please contact the tour operator in advance at The Spa and where appropriate, please consult your doctor.
What to Bring
For the Spa Experience you will be provided with a luxury bathrobe, towel, slippers and a bag for your use, but you will need to bring swimwear.
Arrival Time
You can register and pick up your room key after 12.30 but you cannot access your room until 15.00, you will need to vacate your room by 10.00 on day of departure. For treatments you are advised to arrive 30 minutes before they commence - to relax and enjoy the surroundings. If clients are late for their appointment the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment.
Spa Coffee Lounge
Although breakfast and dinner are included in the cost of your Spa break, during the day The Spa Coffee Lounge offers an excellent range of freshly produced light snacks for morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea. There is an array of hot and cold beverages including freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit smoothies and a fully stocked licensed bar - available for an additional charge.

Changing areas, showers and lockers are provided for your convenience. In order for the Spa to provide guests with a private, safe, healthy and peaceful experience, please do not use videos, cameras, mobile phones or personal stereos in the Spa.

Accommodation - Thoresby Hall Hotel & Spa – 2 night Spa Experience Break - Breaks are available on a half board basis Monday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Friday. Rooms are available in twin or double, smoking or non-smoking. All rooms will be allocated in non-smoking unless otherwise stated in the special requirements.
